1. Who we are

MakeMyRender ("we", "us") provides an AI rendering platform for architecture and interior design. For any privacy question, contact us at privacy@makemyrender.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication details when you create an account.
• Content: images you upload and images or videos you generate. Your project archive is stored so you can access your work history.
• Billing data: payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
• Technical data: basic logs (IP, browser, errors) needed to run and secure the service.

3. How rendering works with your images

Rendering is performed by our AI infrastructure partner (MyArchitectAI). Rendering inputs and outputs are automatically deleted from processing servers within minutes and are never used to train AI models. A copy of your results is kept in your MakeMyRender project archive until you delete it.

4. Legal bases and purposes

We process data to provide the service (contract), to comply with legal obligations, and — only with your consent — to send you our newsletter. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data for profiling or automated decisions with legal effects.

5. Processors and transfers

We use a small number of processors to run MakeMyRender: hosting and content delivery, AI rendering infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe) and email delivery. Where data leaves the EU/EEA, transfers are covered by adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Account and project data are kept while your account is active. Deleting your account permanently removes your projects and archived images. Billing records are kept as required by tax law.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, rectify, export, restrict or delete your data, and object to processing. Write to privacy@makemyrender.com — we reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

This site uses technical cookies necessary for the service to work (login sessions, security). We also set one first-party analytics cookie (mmr_v) — a random identifier, valid for one year, used only to measure aggregate visits and understand where people drop off in the signup and purchase flow. It is not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not combined with other data to identify you. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or social-media cookies.

9. Marking of AI-generated content

In line with EU AI Act transparency obligations, images you generate carry an embedded, machine-readable marker (IPTC Digital Source Type: "trained algorithmic media") identifying them as AI-generated, in addition to the visible notice shown in the product. This marking currently covers JPEG and PNG outputs; support for WebP images and generated videos is in progress.
