Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 July 2026

1. The service

MakeMyRender turns sketches, CAD exports and photos into AI-generated photorealistic renders, edited images and short videos, through a conversational interface. Features and pricing are described on the site and may evolve over time.

2. Accounts and credits

You need an account to use the service. Each generation consumes credits according to the rates shown at purchase. Monthly plan credits reset at each renewal. Credits are not transferable and, except where required by law, not refundable once consumed.

3. Your content and ownership

You keep all rights to the images you upload and full commercial rights to the results you generate. You grant us only the technical license needed to process your inputs and deliver your outputs. You are responsible for having the rights to the images you upload.

4. AI-generated content and transparency

Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence. In line with the EU AI Act transparency obligations, MakeMyRender discloses that generated images and videos are AI-made, and we recommend you keep this disclosure when publishing them. AI outputs are approximations of your instructions: they are not construction documents, engineering drawings or professional advice, and results may vary between generations.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to generate unlawful, infringing or deceptive content — including content that misrepresents real properties in commercial listings — or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or resell the service outside an agreed white-label partnership.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Termination

You can close your account at any time; this deletes your projects and archives. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected. Disputes are subject to the competent court under applicable law.
